When will my order ship?

All orders are thoughtfully prepared by hand. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be created, packaged, and shipped.

If your order ships sooner, you'll receive a shipping notification as soon as it's on its way.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We want your order to arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We'll happily replace damaged products at no additional cost.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our products are handmade, personalized, or carefully curated, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
